Bowl-Discharge-Systems
Bowl discharge, also for
highly viscous products
Product pumps for discharging the contents
of the bowl can be applied with low and middle viscous products.
Special discharging systems, which are made to match highly viscous products
operate with a hydraulic evacuation piston.
| The vacuum-bowl-discharge-system
HBEV 7-60 has been developed to allow working with bowls of 7 to 60 liters. The
system is fitted with two hydraulic systems, one cylinder operates the discharge piston and two cylinders move the vacuum hood.
Adaptors are available for the various bowl sizes and their respective vacuum hoods and alternating pistons. The vacuum pump
prevents the formation of an air cushion between the discharging piston and the product surface. |

| The bowl
discharge system HBE-M 120 is
movable. The discharge stamp and the lifting column are hydraulically
adjustable.
This allows the whole unit to be moved through relalitvely low door
openings. |
|
|
| After raising the mixing bowl the rotating
discharge station HBE 150 SC can
be rotated directly above the subsequently located unit to be filled
(i.e. filling unit etc.). This operation
can be done either manually or electrically. |

|
| With the bowl-discharge-system
HBE 200 a fork lift places the 200
ltrs. mixing bowl into the discharge station where it is emptied
residue free into smaller units by means of a Polyamide evacuation
piston. |

|
| The bowl-discharge-station
HBE 40 in combination with a bowl take
over device can be used for an automatic process. The complete process
is being controlled via a memory programmable control. |
