Small but delicate
The Vacuum
Central Mixer HRZV-S 1-2 is widely used for the mixing of highly viscous substances. The mixer is fitted
with one mixing bowl into which two additional bowls of max. 800 ml and 1.600 ml capacity may be inserted.
A special bearing arrangement allows the respective inner bowl to be rotated in the fixed outer bowl by means of an electric
motor. The outer mixing bowl is jacketed and can be heated by means of the integrated heating element. The mixer is suitable
for vacuum operation.

| A rotating mixing bowl is fitted with a Centre
Mounted Mixing Head HRZ-S 4. The rotation of the bowl
can be achieved either manually or electrically. The effect of
rotating the bowl produces similar mixing ratios as when using
a planetary mixer. The internally mounted rotating bowl is fitted with an external bowl which can be either heated or cooled
if required. |

|
| The double-dissolver-stirring-unit
HRZ-S 20-ex is additionally fitted with an anchor
stirrer,
which prevents a sticking of the product on the bowl wall. The
two dissolver transmit high shearing forces onto the product.
The stirring unit is designed for the production of pasty substances. |

| The central
stirring unit HRZVD-S 40 HO is designed for vacuum
and pressures operations. The complete unit is movable on rollers.
The feeding of liquids and powders into the pressure bowl is
made possible by means of two lock chambers. An external homogeniser
can be used for dispersing processes. |
