Central Stirring Units
Mixing units from approx. 100 litres mixing volume

Great in equipment and performance

The Mixing Unit HRZVD-S 150-300-ex can be operated with either a 150 or 300 ltrs. bowls. In order to vary the bowl sizes the adaptor as fitted to the 150 ltrs. bowl shown in the illustration serves the purpose. The unit can be operated either under vacuum or pressure with a slow motion anchor mixer providing conveyer effective elements and a high speed dissolver mixing head.

The central Stirring Units HRZV-S 600 HO and HRZV-S 1000 HO are both fitted for vacuum operation and for heatable bowls. Furthermore, both mixing units have an external inline-homogeniser.A program control of the 600 l stirring unit regulates the optimal adjustment of the stirring unit to the different products. In addition the 1.000 l stirring unit has an internal rotor-stator-system and several CIP-nozzles in the hood for automatic cleaning.
