More than 130 years of experience have taught us how to mix the various products in the most effective way. Our objective is therefore to apply our experience in individual customer requirements respectively problem solutions. Tailor made solutions on the basis of standardised construction elements and not serial production have priority number one, which results in a price advantage for the customer in spite of an individual solution.
Herbst delivers individual machines as well as complete solutions. The adequate instrumentation and control technology – ranging from the control box to the program control (SPS) – is also a produce of our employees.
The design of the machines complies with the safety requirements of the BG Chemie (Trade Union) and the GMP/FDA Regulations. A certificate according to ATEX 94/9 is set up for the application in ex-zones.
We offer our services and support in qualifications and validations.
Our customer‘s service is an essential component of our company concept. We offer an individual start up assistance and instruction for every machine leaving our works.
Our service team provides maintenance and repair work.
We appreciate a customer contact even in the early stage of quotations. Various stirring units can be disposed of in our internal pilot plant for generally free of charge mixing tests. This is a good prerequisite to find the best solution for a specific mixing task. Even small companies often seek our service and advice in process technology.
Our objective of not merely acting as a producer of individual machines but also offer complete solutions, is being pursued consequently during the coming years. Deliberately Herbst will emphasise its strength on mixing technology and associate with well known producers of approved system components (as much as possible), as for example with dosage and filling systems an measuring sensors.
A highly motivated team with the respective know-how in the field of construction, mechanical engineering, electro techniques and process engineering is at the company's disposition to achieve these ambitious aims. Furthermore, we maintain close contacts with various research institutes.
