Stand Mixer – the flexible solution

Stand mixers are extremely versatile. A stand serves as basic construction for the central mixing unit.

The wall mounted mixing unit HRS-W 30-ex has the mixing bowls locked in place with chuck jaws and the adjustment is made by means of a hand wheel. The mixer is suitable for Ex-area operation. The revolutions are manually adjustable by the provided hand wheel.

The floor-stand mixing unit HRS-B 200-ex is designed for the operation in Ex-Zones. It is fitted with a three-stage blade stirrer. The vessels are being fixed by means of a strap. The level of the mixing unit is adjusted hydraulically.

The wall stand mixing unit HRS-W 200 has a manual level adjustment and a clamping belt regulates the bowl locking. Basically, the unit can also be fitted with clamping jaws.

The floor stand mixing unit HRS-B 200 is designed for easy cleaning, i. e. smooth stainless steel surfaces and encased cables. The level adjustment is hydraulic here and with the movable mixing unit HRS-F 200-ex. This mixing unit is fitted for the operation in ex-zones. Furthermore, it is fitted with a tilting device.

The movable mixing unit HRS-F 1000 has an electric screw lifting.

The overhead crane carriage mixing unit HLKR-ex is a special design. It can be moved on a steel beam and operates several bowls.
